The Compensation team plays a strategic role assisting in the planning & development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs for Cast Members, Imagineers and Crew within Disney Experiences. The Sr Compensation Consultant will provide advice and counsel to leaders pertaining to the total rewards strategy of their workforce. They will also assist with researching and evaluating alternative programs to help attract, retain and engage the employees in the organization.
Additionally, this role will support the Disneyland Resort Operations team, project managing a variety of initiatives, ranging from internal process improvements to client driven programs. These projects may include: conducting benchmark studies to determine market position; conducting analysis of both union and non-union jobs; participating in negotiations as a representative for Compensation; leading the annual compensation planning programs for the client; and providing recommendations to senior leaders within the organization around regulatory matters.
Given the global nature of compensation, this position will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers across the Disney Experiences segment, and from other parts of The Walt Disney Company, including international team members, to gain and share a broad knowledge of compensation practices.
What You Will Do:

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience (within the last 5 years) in Operations, Compensation, Finance, Human Resources, or related fieldDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPointDemonstrated communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of leadershipProven analytical, problem solving, partnering and program-design skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Human Resources or equivalentThe hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $113,600 to $138,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
