Job Description
Location: 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr. Ann Arbor, MI 48105Setup: Onsite Mon-Thurs with Friday’s being flexible
The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus on supporting either (1) the corporate compensation of domestic and international team members or (2) compensation for Domino’s business operations (TUSA and/or Supply Chain). Responsibilities span the elements of compensation design, management, and analysis. Compensation program design includes salary and incentive structures, pay policy and governance. Compensation plan management includes changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives. Compensation evaluation and analysis refers to job analysis, evaluation and classification, survey participation, policy, and benchmarking of both roles and structures. This role works closely with HR Business reps to support the business, teams and leaders. Communication of plans and policies along with vendor relations and management. This role may also provide support or help with administration for Executive Compensation and/or Global Mobility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support compensation projects which are aligned to the organization’s strategy and business goals
