You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

El Sr. Commercial Advisor Co-Distribuidores, será la persona responsable de la cuenta de codistribuidores en las 4 zonas de Lima (Norte, Sur, Centro y Este). Estará pasando un alto porcentaje de su tiempo en campo, asegurando el correcto acompañamiento de la fuerza de ventas de la cuenta, y cumpliendo con los objetivos e indicadores establecidos.
**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Alcanzar los objetivos de venta establecidos para la zona asignada (Sell Out y sell in).
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de cobertura, portafolio obligatorio, participación de mercado, distribución numérica.
+ Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo de ventas del distribuidor.
+ Ayudar a capacitar al equipo del distribuidor para asegurar que nuestro socio estratégico persigue las mismas prioridades.
+ Ejecutar y supervisar actividades de promoción en los clientes.
+ Realizar informes de actividades y resultados de venta.
+ Garantizar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de nuevos lanzamientos.
+ Realizar seguimiento de proyectos de RTM (Route To Market) y asegurar el logro de los objetivos trazados.
+ Realizar visitas a campo para detectar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en la zona asignada.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ Universitario completo en Adm. de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial o carreras afines. (de preferencia)
+ Idioma inglés (Nivel Intermedio).
+ Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office y de Power BI.
+ Contar con experiencia en multinacionales o empresas en canal tradicional, en específico con distribuidores y codistribuidores.
+ Demostrar habilidades estratégicas, organización, habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de decisión, tolerancia a trabajar bajo presión, experiencia en negociación con clientes y manejo de equipos.
+ Tener experiencia liderando fuerza de ventas (directa o indirecta).
