Role Overview As a Senior Client Service Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You’ll lead service delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that elevate the client experience. Requirements What You’ll Bring + Bachelor’s degree required + 6–8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within wealth management, family office, or related industries + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence + Proven leadership experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments + Familiarity with estate planning and tax strategies + Highly responsive and client-focused, with a commitment to timely and thoughtful communication + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce is preferred + Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus Excited about this opportunity?
