This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office (Toronto) at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements using various techniques such as user stories, use cases, non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with other application technology teams and able to translate business requirement into technical specifications/ interface specification for development teams to implement.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), fostering collaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
• Refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design of new solutions.
• Ensure design leverages existing reusable components, traces back to business requirements, and that new modules are designed with reusability in mind.
• Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application (e.g. cross-capability/release issues).
• Develops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements
. 10+ years of experience working in BSA capacity preferrable in Banking domain.
. 5+ years of relevant experience in payments technology or a related field
. 5+ years of experience as a BSA or in a similar role, with a strong background in Agile principles and practices
. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
. Ability to manage project and business risks, including project interdependencies, and resolve issues effectively
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions
*CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000–$165,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
