Job Description A Life Science company based in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their team. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. They should have a strong background or understanding of NetSuite, Coupa and other financial related applications. They will design and implement new processes to maximize the potential of the financial related applications and will be responsible for the configurations, optimizations, integrations, and general problem solving of business systems. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated understanding of the day-to-day processes in Finance, Accounting, or Procurement and has hands-on experience with the technical design and implementations of financial related business systems. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, or other related field or equivalent experience and 4+ years of experience in a relevant role and Software OR Masters degree in a related field and 2+ years of related experience. Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences experience preferred.  4+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite Administrator, or similar  Has strong understanding of business processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work, considers and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas  Proven experience with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of on-premises/cloud-based, integrated/stand-alone Systems and Software  Proven success implementing and / or maintaining SaaS software for one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Accounting or Procurement  Proven background and strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, features, and modules.  Experience leveraging advanced features like SuiteScripts, Saved Searches, and Custom Records  Experience owning and managing the technical implementations, upgrades, maintenance of NetSuite (new feature sets, integrations, etc.) from requirements gathering, design and creation of user stories, through UAT testing phase  Experience acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Strong documentation of processes and procedures.  Experience designing and implementing new processes that maximize the potential of NetSuite and other financial/business related applications (Coupa, Workato, Agiloft)  Understanding of how Coupa and other related applications integrate with NetSuite  Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SEC, SOC) Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences experience preferred.  Familiarity with Computer System Validation, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11; general GxP experience a plus null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
