**Overview**
The AI Transfromation BI Center of Excellence team is looking for an innovative Sr Business Program Manager to lead the development, sustenance, and support of planning specific tooling for both the Enterprise Partner Sales and Global Channel Partner Sales organizations.
This role requires the ability to interact with business leaders and executives to map scenarios, understand the business context and desired outcomes, decompose them into applicable performance indicators, and develop a set of business requirements. The role will also be responsible for the development of mock-ups and wireframes, as well as Power BI dashboards, influencing the engineering development efforts, and present recommendations to the business stakeholders.
The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a combination of strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Candidates should have deep understanding of data, program management, and Business Intelligence skills and can propose new methods for analysis and visualization of data, while operating on large volumes of complex information to produce views that synthesize business outcomes, enable team coordination and support organizational clarity of priorities and actions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Enhance existing planning capabilities to produce partner/seller level guidance per applicable metrics.
+ Coordinate across Finance, WWIC, and stakeholders to cascade targets through all downstream capabilities.
+ Support users and stakeholders throughout both annual and quarterly target refreshes.
+ Understand the end-to-end business motions and drive alignment with partner reporting assets and data to ensure consistent views that maximize users’ effectiveness.
+ Drive user engagement to ensure capabilities are understood and adopted within the field.
+ Identify and implement AI enhancement opportunities throughout the planning toolset.
+ Engage directly with the commercial planning tools team(s) to ensure alignment between partner and the rest of MCAPS.
+ Communicate findings to senior leadership.
**Qualifications**
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
