Want to scale one of the biggest out of home media channels in the world? The Cross-Channel Marketing (XCM) team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to manage the fleet and packaging marketing channels on project Chariot. This person is responsible for growing these branding building channels to deliver the biggest customer and business impacts. This role is a strategic partner within the organization, setting impactful business goals and then leading the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for scaling marketing programs.
In this role, you will define Chariot’s annual business goals, experimentation plans, and go-to-market forecasts/budgets to deliver. This includes partnering closely with product and marketing to define the annual campaign scope, working with science and operations to design the experimentation plan, and then working with operations to define the volume forecasts, unit mix, and annual budgets needed to deliver on this plan. Then, you are responsible for leading the team to deliver on these goals by overseeing campaign readiness, tracking performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving efficiencies across Chariot’s process workflows.
This position requires a strong understanding of strategic & financial planning, operational management, and data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making. You will collaborate across teams, contributing to the development of Chariot’s marketing strategy and managing cross-functional projects to successful execution. You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate the ability to think big while managing the details.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the strategic goal setting and campaign prioritization process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scaling delivery mechanisms for measurable results and ROI.
• Manage Chariot’s marketing budgets, partnering with finance to develop, analyze, and present annual, quarterly, and monthly reports while identifying optimization opportunities.
• Analyze internal and external data to design strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and inform key business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with Chariot’s strategic goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices across Amazon teams, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in A/B testing
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with financial and operational planning with a Marketing lens

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
