What You Will Get To Do:

Daily support of more than 20 Desktop Applications used in SS&C Business Processing Outsourcing organization (BPO)Maintain communication between BPO and remote clientsMaintain communication between BPO Data Centers & Network Services and all clientsApplication version upgrade testing and implementationPC operating system upgrade testing and implementationTest and implement new productsResearch and review application problems in SS&C BPOResearch and review application problems at remote sightsAssist Corporate Support Staff with projectsProcess setup & modification for SS&C BPO clientsProcess setup & modification for remote clientsAssist any of the remote clients with the SS&C BPO applications they run  Assist any of the remote clients with Chorus BPM related connectivity issuesAssist Chorus BPM Data Center with projects for internal and remote clientsWork with programmers and other analysts as a team to provide solutions to identified problems

What You Will Bring:

Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
