Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, LZAM Strategy and Commercial Excellence, India
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our LZAM Strategy and Commercial Excellence team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will play a crucial role in guiding our business strategy, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project implementation through data analysis, visualization, and strategic insights. A strong background in commercial and/or sales operations, pricing, or supply chain management is essential, along with expertise in Power BI development and robust analytical skills. Experience with SAP is highly desired, and prior experience in the specialty chemicals industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis to identify business needs, uncover trends and opportunities, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively, both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Design strategies for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data, reporting needs, and business requirements, and convert them into effective solutions. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze sales and operational performance, market trends, and other key performance indicators. Perform data analysis and modeling to identify business opportunities, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Assist in developing training programs and materials, and roll out training with global teams. Track and report on key performance indicators to assess the performance of business and global teams. Document, track, and manage changes to business and functions. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and making strategic recommendations. Support the implementation and utilization of SAP systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive alignment in reporting and analysis processes. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in commercial or sales operations, product management, or supply chain management, with a focus on data analytics, reporting, and process optimization. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Expertise in Power BI development, with the ability to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. Experience with SAP systems, particularly in the areas of sales, supply chain, or finance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders. Highly committed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Experience in a global company environment or cross-functional teams is a plus. Prior experience in the specialty chemicals industry is highly preferred.
