We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our North America (NA) Digital Consumer Team, a team tasked with creating digital distribution for Chubb’s expansive suite of insurance products, uniting the products and services of our Personal Lines digital distribution. Reporting to the AVP, Digital Consumer Partner Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in this effort, helping to onboard external partners by coordinating across many internal stakeholders and the variety of software products that are the undercurrent of our business. Leveraging your knowledge of consumer facing web applications, internal web applications and restful APIs, you’ll maintain and support our business in a clear, organized, and functional manner. Part business analyst, part project manager, you’ll help to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital initiatives that power the future of our business.
In this role, you will:
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverablesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirementsOversee the implementation and delivery of digital projects, including websites, applications, and other online platformsFacilitate the prioritization, development and execution of digital strategies, ensuring alignment with business goalsAct as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and other stakeholders.Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital teamCollaborate with development teams to define and implement testing strategies for digital products, ensuring high-quality deliverablesDevelop and maintain test plans and test cases to certify business rules and system functionalityIdentify, document, and report defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutionBachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of insurance analytics experience; in lieu of a quantitative degree, any bachelor's degree focus will suffice coupled with a minimum of 5+ years of insurance analytics experienceIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 6+ years of insurance analytics experience requiredStrong analytical, abstraction and problem-solving skills enabling the translation of business requirements into IT solutionsExcellent documentation skills with the ability to write rich durable, up to date documentation and content in modern formatDeep experience creating diagrams for different purposes (flow charts, state machines, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams) using a variety of diagramming toolsDemonstrated ability to work in an agile environment Ability to engage in design, implementation, and testing (no coding needed)Experience, or interest in, web applications and REST APIs; proficiency in PostmanFamiliarity with functional and regression testing methodologiesProficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GUIDEcx, and Postman to manage workflows, documentation, and API testing effectively
The pay range for the role is $110,000 to $150,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
