Supports leadership and coordinates billing responsibilities as directed.Serves as resource for non-clinical issues to staff in documentation and billing corrections in the electronic record.Performs daily review of various billing audits to ensure accurate billing and revenue capture.Track and follow up with error corrections initiated by Procedural Platforms staff at all locations.Performs daily review of various reporting mechanisms to ensure accurate statistical reporting. Delegates or completes corrections for non-legal documents. Legal documents and adjustments are forwarded to Procedural Platforms nurses.Liaison for Procedural Platforms system support informatics teams, finance as related to billing systems, data entry, and financial reports.Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established department safety rules and practices.Reports to leadership in a timely manner any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients, or visitors.Performs Daily Audits to ensure billing compliance measures are met.Performs all other duties as required.Serves as resource for Billing Analyst teamPerform data extraction by exporting figures from Tableau and other platforms using export features.Perform data analysis utilizing formulas and functions including pivot tables and summarizing large datasets.Supports program downtimes, works with IT support and programming to rectify bills not posting and crossing.Supports billing inquiries and audits.Provides coverage for escalated billing concerns and audits when leadership is unavailable.Performs all other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
