You will own end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for complex deal operations, focusing on data engineering challenges and metric development. This role requires expertise in supply chain processes, data pipeline development, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions while influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring others. Key job responsibilities Design and develop analytics solutions, including metrics, dashboards, and scalable datasets that drive business decisions up to the executive level Own data lineage and infrastructure across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and actionability of BI solutions Lead large-scale BI projects requiring cross-team collaboration while setting and maintaining engineering best practices Provide technical leadership in system capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities while driving consensus across stakeholder groups Mentor team members and contribute to the professional development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and code review Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of SQL experience - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills. - Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
