The Sr. Benefits Administrator for My HR Live Support Team provides Benefits specific assistance to Amazon employees in the form of accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels via phone, chat, My HR Case, and ticket. The Benefits Team primarily exists to connect employees with content and data not available through intuitive self-service, and to intake process defects and workflow these to relevant resolution teams.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits Center team. The Sr. Benefits Administrator is a subject matter expert who specializes in benefits which includes Health & Wellness (medical, vision, dental), additional life benefits (life insurance, additional Amazon sponsored benefits), and financial benefits (retirement and stock). They will be responsible for assisting internal customers (employees), and have the highest level of specialized knowledge within these areas. The Sr. Benefits Administrator demonstrates ownership by ensuring all benefit inquiries are resolved on first contact and escalate unresolved inquires in a timely fashion to our specialized BXT team when necessary.
