About the team
The Central Technology Integrity (CTI) Organization is responsible for ensuring that hardware and software quality standards are met across all CTO Technologies. During concept stages, we are responsible for defining target specifications and KPIs to ensure intended customer-centric performance is achieved. During product development milestone stages, we aim to meet software and hardware performance benchmarks through cross-functional team collaboration. We prevent defect escapes in late stage product development and sustaining phases by implementing quality control measures to deliver products that meet quality standards. We are not limited to maintaining integrity per technology but are also responsible for meeting system-level performance and specifications when various technologies (ex: Audio, Battery, Power, Sensors, Display, Touch and Wireless) coexist in certain customer scenarios.
We conduct competitor benchmarking and deliver key insights to technology teams, enabling us to anticipate market trends and drive innovation. We leverage and drive internal quality standards and international specifications, providing value across the organization and industry. After launch, we analyze field data metrics and customer anecdotes to capture customer sentiments, transforming real-world feedback into actionable insights that shape next-generation product architectures.
