As Surgical Sales Specialist, Global leading eye care device company in the world, with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care. Professional Sales to promote ophthalmic surgery related equipment and instruments

Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting assigned products to Healthcare ProfessionalsMaintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre supportExplore and develop new business opportunitiesExecute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetingsCommunicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc.Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestionsTo support marketing activities for IOL business developmentTo support junior or newly join sales team members for customer visit and sales daily operation workTo support National Sales Manager to develop sales tactics, sales analysis and sales forecasting

Skills and Experience

Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)With relevant 3 years or above working experiences (preferable in medical device /pharm industry)With Operation Theatre sales experience preferredGood communication & interpersonal skillWill be considered as Surgical Sales Representative with less experience
