We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Business:CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and related ecosystem components (e.g., Harbor, Istio, Nginx Controller, Portworx, etc.).Provide 24/7 first-line operational support for critical production systems.Ensure system stability, high availability, and performance for all managed environments.Support application teams with DevOps best practices and tooling.Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible).Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents independently, including issues related to Linux OS, storage, networking, firmware, and data center infrastructure.Collaborate effectively with global teams and vendors in English.Please be noted that this position carries potential consequence management from regulator in case of significant system outage lead to business impact or violation of regulations
