Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Senior Planning & Transformation Associate, you will experience an exciting career that offers a wide range of opportunities for professional development. The role serves to innovate and advance functional excellence of supply chain management and manufacturing strategy at Eli Lilly and Company. Lilly has nearly 700 individuals in the Supply Chain community whose responsibility is to ensure reliability in every dose, agility in every step. These individuals move products either physically or virtually across geographic boundaries and time zones to be sure that the medicine is available when the patient needs it.

· Support Manufacturing & Supply Chain leadership in understanding the allocation and production plans and how they translate to saleable doses
· Support the business processes that implement Network planning decisions, typically issued by Business Plan or Sales & Operations Plans (S&OP). Those decisions will evolve as each Product evolves through its lifecycle
· Operating specific supply chain business processes at a Global level, providing visibility, integrating proposed changes and resolving issues
· Implement planning/sourcing decisions in SAP: execute the GSC business processes to track incretins products throughout the manufacturing supply chain; assist in understanding plan adherence for planning and sourcing decisions in SAP, to support BP, S&OP
· Support Parenteral Network leadership and Orchestrated Planning Teams Processes Track production vs plan to ensure we have defined allocation and effective supply chain planning process execution metrics; this includes cycle time monitoring and volume reporting
· Build functional expertise by engaging with the rest of the GSC Network, with members from other geographies, to build excellence in execution, defining best practices, and offering consistency in processes to other stakeholders
· Orchestrate talent engagement sessions, town halls, skip level meetings and all staff forums for GSC & MS
· Lead or facilitate meetings and/or presentations to senior Supply Chain leaders
· Manage action plans to address Pulse survey improvements and to strengthen morale and sense of belonging across supply chain staff
· Select and advance the adoption of innovation & transformational GSC & MS lead team initiatives based on clear and direct impacts on the end-to-end supply chain
· Influence and lead cross-functional teams within GSC & MS and across M&Q to develop and execute functional transformation roadmaps
Basic Qualifications Requirements:
· BS degree in an Engineering or Supply Chain or similar
· 1-3 years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience with understanding of materials flows, demand management and manufacturing operations
· Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and environment
Additional Skills/Preferences
· Project Management and Planning: general understanding of the concepts and tools of project management
· Systems Use/Knowledge: strong computer-based skills, including basic understanding of data analytics.
· Communication – Presenting words, images, and ideas in a clear, succinct, organized and interesting manner to effectively convey a meaningful and compelling message to an individual or group
· Change Management – Previous exposure to knowledge management frameworks and ability to develop change management programs for successful adoption of new systems, tools, and new operational processes.
· Strong collaboration skills, active listening, team mindset. Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$57,750 - $154,000Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
