Sr. Associate, Supply Chain & Logistics, Foodservice & Retail

Factor’s Foodservice & Retail channel brings ready‑to‑heat meals to universities, gyms, hotels, and other non‑traditional outlets. Reporting to the  Sr. Manager, Business Development, Foodservice & Retail, you’ll develop eye‑catching, high-impact merchandising programs for Factor on‑site and at industry events. Your work will drive Factor product sales, fuel brand awareness, and will equip our partners with everything they need to succeed.

You will… Design & deploy on‑site merchandising – work with creative agencies and our internal brand team to create signage, fridge wraps, shelf‑talkers, QR displays, and digital screen assets; tailor each kit to the venue’s layout and audience. Plan sampling & activation events – run tasting tables and “nutrition pop‑ups,” manage staffing and supplies, and capture feedback to boost trial and repeat sales. Manage vendors & installations – source print vendors, control budgets, and coordinate install timelines with site managers to ensure flawless execution. Track sell‑through & optimize – pull daily/weekly POS data, analyze velocity, and adjust planograms, SKUs, or promotional messaging to maximize turnover. Support trade shows & collateral – attend and lead trade booth designs, giveaways, and sales materials  Protect and amplify the brand – enforce brand‑guideline compliance, gather photo/video assets for social proof, and share merchandising best practices across locations. You are… A creative executor who turns brand guidelines into compelling in‑store experiences Highly organized and comfortable juggling vendors, timelines, and multiple sites Data‑curious—quick to test, learn, and refine based on sell‑through numbers A clear communicator who builds trust with partner managers and internal teams Energized by travel and hands‑on work in the field Self‑directed, thriving in fast‑moving, growth‑stage environments You have… 3+ years in retail or CPG field marketing / merchandising, ideally with food or beverage brands A portfolio of POS displays or on‑site activations you helped create and execute Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) and strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Experience managing print vendors, installers, and activation budgets Comfort interpreting sales data and translating insights into merchandising changes Willingness to travel up to 20% to partner sites and industry events
