The Senior Assistant will report into the VP of Sales Strategy and Operations. The successful individual must have a combination of strong administrative support, analytical skills, project management understanding, and business acumen.  This role will interacts across all levels of the organization and will often engage with executive leadership.

How you’ll make an impact:

•    Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping Executive informed of calendar changes and change requests.
•    Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
•    Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
•    Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction.
•    Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule.
•    Plan and execute meetings and events with some supervision.
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

What you’ll need:

•    H.S. Diploma or equivalent 4 years of experience supporting leadership administrative support. 
•    Travel 15% which is once a quarter to sales meetings. 
•    On-site required.

•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•    Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
•    Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion.

•    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives.
•    Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $57,000 to $78,000 (highly experienced).
