JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + Product Delivery: Lead the development of Aon's new Broking Platform using agile methodologies and modern software practices. + Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor global development teams, including vendors, across multiple delivery models (staff augmentation, fixed bid, managed outcome). + Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other leads to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. + Hands-On Development: Write complex code when needed, especially for performance-critical components. + Code Quality: Conduct frequent code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product owners to define scope, roadmaps, and success metrics. + Process Ownership: Coordinate SLDC artifacts, testing strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals. + Innovation & Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge across teams.
