In a fast and frequently changing retail environment, Hugo Boss is searching for an ambitious, curious systems analyst to support business growth and provide state of the art systems & applications. This System Analyst has a technical background and experience with SAP warehouse management systems and applications and a solid understanding of logistics processes. This role is responsible for analysing business needs, implementing IT concepts and performing daily operational service activities.

What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
\n\nMonitor and support logistics IT applications and operations for Hugo Boss own as well as 3rd party operated warehouses\nTrack and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis and develop problem solutions\nTransfer business requirements into IT concepts and implement those into SAP WM / LES / EWM\nPerform optimization and continuous improvement of information system for logistics and cross module functionalities using standard SAP tools\nAssist with testing activities including, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing\nParticipate or lead IT logistics relevant projects\nCollaborate with regional and global IT as well as business teams\nContinuous refreshment and expansion of your own know-how in the defined area of responsibility\n
Your profile:
\nMinimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent required\nMinimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting business solutions using SAP IM, WM-LES or SAP EWM (preferred in the retail or consumer goods industry).\nWell-funded, technical know-how, but also a good understanding of business processes in logistics like inbound, put-away, pick, pack, VAS, outbound, inventory management and transportation systems\nExperience in configuring SAP system for logistics business requirements\nWell versed with integration points between SAP WM/ECC and other modules\nSubstantial experience with SAP interface technologies like Idoc/ALE, CIF, RFC and able to analyse issues related to XML files, RF devices, labels and forms in SAP\nFamiliar with testing in SAP, including but not limited to unit, functional and integration testing with tools like Azure, Tosca\nStrong oral and written communication skills in English for daily interactions with diverse teams (Fluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus).\nAnalytical, independent, structured and careful work attitude, as well as organizational talent and assertiveness with ability to prioritize and manage commitments and adjust to changing priorities\n
