Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Sr. Analyst / Budget Specialist and ServiceNow user, looking for a chance to improve workflow for technical infrastructure teams?  If so, apply now.

Manages to Strategic Priorities; performs Risk Management. Promotes good working relationships. Enforces process and procedure (technical and project)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of Budget Management and Pivot Tables in Google SheetsKnowledge of building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow

This role will provide dedicated ownership over the critical operational backbone of the Core Technology tower, working collaboratively with Portfolio Leaders, Resource Managers, and Budget Owners. Processes, such as, Budgeting (CapX), Resource Management Analysis (Contract vs AT labor, timetracking, etc), and PO/Contracts/Invoicing assistance would be enhanced and made more efficient. 

Job Duties

Manage capital budget and projections for Core Technology Portfolio(s).Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Infrastructure Leadership, providing oversight and governance to ensure Infrastructure projects tasks are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.Helps to manage Resource Management for efforts that utilize capital for labor.Conduct contracted labor analysis.Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team.Organized with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks.Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.Data-centric - quantitative, analytical skills and technology proficiency.Understands the business needs, drivers and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements.

Preferred Experience:

Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage4+ years in Project Management / Project Management Office functions5 years relevant Technical and business experience5+ years Project & Budget Management experienceManaged Service Provider and Vendor Management ExperienceIntermediate to advanced ServiceNow and Google Workspace experience

Expectations:

Budget Coordination and ReportingCapital Budget oversight for projections and actuals tracking.Leverage Finances Monthly Capital Projections process, facilitate analysis and updates to senior leadership.Build ServiceNow reports as needed to support dashboards, task boards and ad-hoc reporting.Tracking of Contracted Worker expense type (operating vs capital).
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
