Processes, such as, Budgeting (CapX), Resource Management Analysis (Contract vs AT labor, timetracking, etc), and PO/Contracts/Invoicing assistance would be enhanced and made more efficient. **Job Duties** + Manage capital budget and projections for Core Technology Portfolio(s). + Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Infrastructure Leadership, providing oversight and governance to ensure Infrastructure projects tasks are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner. + Helps to manage Resource Management for efforts that utilize capital for labor. + Conduct contracted labor analysis. + Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team. + Organized with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks. + Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills. + Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. + Data-centric - quantitative, analytical skills and technology proficiency. + Understands the business needs, drivers and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements. **Preferred Experience:** + Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage + 4+ years in Project Management / Project Management Office functions + 5 years relevant Technical and business experience + 5+ years Project & Budget Management experience + Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management Experience + Intermediate to advanced ServiceNow and Google Workspace experience **Expectations:** + Budget Coordination and Reporting + Capital Budget oversight for projections and actuals tracking. + Leverage Finances Monthly Capital Projections process, facilitate analysis and updates to senior leadership. + Build ServiceNow reports as needed to support dashboards, task boards and ad-hoc reporting. + Tracking of Contracted Worker expense type (operating vs capital). **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. \#LI-remote #ascensiontechnologies **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
