What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health
Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Quality Control analyzes and inspects Information Technology products and processes for compliance to internal and external specifications and standards. This job family collaborates with IT Project Management, Business Integration, and Application Development & Maintenance teams, among others, during implementation and integration projects to proactively identify compliance requirements and risks. Quality Control also conducts regular audits and develops and communicates new quality control procedures for the function.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced testing specialist who can partner in delivering day-to-day testing activities in project & support operations across multiple processes focused on Warehouse Technology solutions –Manhattan Integration Framework and Manhattan Active WM, Mobile Applications. In this role, you need to maintain build & operations capabilities for IT landscape supporting at-Home business unit while also focusing on continuous improvement, improving business outcome, and delivering world-class solutions.
The primary focus for this role is to maintain IT applications focused on supply chain and warehouse management in at-Home solutions. You will play a hands-on role, focused on problem solving, continuous improvement, quality control, configuration, and work on cross-functional teams for business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience working in application build and maintenance projects focused on warehouse management (Manhattan) enterprise capability. This role requires strong technical knowledge in testing, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in Manhattan WMS to ensure seamless integration across a diverse application landscape.

Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoptionMonitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standardsFunctional Expertise:
Strong understanding of warehouse management business process and platforms and applicationsKnowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulationsKnowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distributionVery good technology knowledge in Manhattan warehouse management enterprise applicationsExperience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testingContinuously evaluate testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practicesDocuments and manages SOPs for software and information platform systemsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experienceWarehouse Management Application experience, Manhattan Active or WMOS preferredMinimum 5 years of IT and 3 years of hands-on experience testing in Manhattan enterprise applications1 - 3 years of experience of successful production support, testing, deployment, and validation in a corporate environmentTest case design, analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basisExperience in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologiesExperience of working with different platforms Web applications and API (Android, iOS experience is a plus)Experience on BDD FrameworkDesign & development skills in any high-level languageAbility to perform development of test automation by designing and writing automated test scripts based on defined test cases, including the definition of test data for consumption by scripts during test executionAnalyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basisHands-on experience with multiple scripting languagesCollaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globeProblem Solving Skills – Demonstrated ability to assess, contain, and resolve service disruptions.
