Sr. Analyst of Experiences & Engagement
Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sr. Analyst, Experiences & Engagement plays a key role in bringing our customer engagement and industry strategies to life. This position supports the Customer Engagement & Communications team in enhancing both internal and external experiences through compelling visuals, seamless logistics, and strategic asset management. By collaborating cross-functionally, the Sr. Analyst helps ensure the consistent and effective deployment of digital and physical materials that showcase our brands, commercial priorities, and innovation agenda. This role contributes to the success of priority events, including customer top-to-top meetings, innovation summits, industry conferences, internal leadership meetings, and sales engagement campaigns.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Critical Meeting & Event Logistics – Provide operational and logistics support for key events, including production and coordination of branded materials (e.g., banners, tablecloths, swag), room reservations, catering, transportation, and venue needs. Act as a go-to resource for facility and setup considerations across customer and internal engagements. Narrative & Visual Storytelling Support – Partner with Managers and Leads to enhance presentation content through graphic design, visual refinement, and narrative alignment. Assist in preparing executive-ready materials that clearly communicate strategic intent. Industry Relations Logistics – Support the Manager of Engagement & Industry with asset preparation, sample coordination, shipment logistics, agency liaison, and vendor management (e.g., Shepard AV, furnishings, quoting execution options). Assist in the production of meeting binders and execution support for industry-facing activations inclusive of sample ordering management and PO payment management. SharePoint & MyHub Management – Support the creation, design, and maintenance of intuitive SharePoint sites, including graphic design, content architecture, and governance processes (content maintenance). Serve as an expert on Microsoft Lists and MyHub re-certification processes, and help maintain the central ‘Sales True North Hub’ for the Planning, Execution & Customer Engagement team. Comms Calendar + Asset Library Enablement – Assist with curating and designing visual content for the Sales Communications Calendar and the “Library of Things,” enabling easy access to engagement assets across the sales organization. Commercial Conference Support – Contribute to the planning and execution of our annual Commercial Conference, including swag production, registration management, setup, content design & beautification efforts, vendor POs and payments, and post-event surveying. Sales Communications Support – Support the backend management of the weekly sales communication newsletter, ‘Sales New News’, and ensure accurate distribution list management in partnership with IT during reorganizations and hierarchy changes. Ad-Hoc & Field Support – Provide flexible support for field sales teams and the Manager of Engagement & Industry, including content templates, graphic design, and Advantage Survey management (e.g., Advantage survey contact refreshes, action plan submissions). Supports with graphics, templates, and content as needed.  Supports field team and Manager Customer Engagement & Industry with ad-hoc deliverables such as Advantage Survey annual contact refreshes and action plan submission status across field/functions.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

Experience in communications, experiential marketing, graphic design, in-house agencies, or similar professional experiences Outstanding creative-eye with the ability to execute Excellent organizational and project management skills Experience prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail Strong foundation in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator, occasionally Premiere Pro), and working knowledge of template construction and slide masters. Serves as an expert in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Power Automate, and the integration of these resources together.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office.  Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 – $110,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
