As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, who will: Own the integration and organization of media data across platforms / Partners (e.g., Paid Social, Display, Video, Search, Programmatic) Conduct thorough data cleaning, transformation, and QA to ensure consistency and reliability Partner with the BI engineering team to validate data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data alignment Maintain documentation of data sources, logic, and processes for transparency and auditability Support the Analytics team by populating and formatting campaign performance reports Proactively identify data discrepancies, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed Stay informed on evolving media platforms and data specs to inform best practices Client-facing roleSkills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
2+ years working in a data/analytics role, with experience handling media campaign data Strong working knowledge of media metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPx, etc.) across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) Experience with data QA and troubleshooting in a structured environment Proficient in Excel and working familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Datorama) Comfort working with structured data and collaborating with BI/data engineering teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Life at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
