ResponsibilitiesThe ADDG pipeline senior analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the intake, prioritization, and flow of work through the ADDG pipeline. This role works closely with product leaders, architects, scrum masters, program/project managers and leadership to ensure ADDG standards are being utilized and use cases are proceeding from intake to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, Agile framework, project management, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic health care environment.
Coordinate and maintain the ADDG pipeline, ensuring adherence to standards and visibility of use casesFacilitate intake and prioritization of new project requests across teams and stakeholdersMonitor, analyze and report on ADDG performance metrics (ex. Throughput, cycle time, work in progress)Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities in the ADDG pipeline and recommend improvementsMaintain pipeline tools, dashboards, and documentation using JIRA and ConfluenceEnsure initiatives follow ADDG standards throughout the life-cycleProvide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders and senior leadershipCollaborate with ADDG leadership and provide estimations for ADDGRequirementsEducation:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences Familiarity with Agile framework as well as Waterfall methodologyKnowledge of Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence)Knowledge of DashboardsKnowledge of light financials and estimationsKnowledge and experience in writing clear requirementsEstablish trust and build strong relationships with technical, clinical, and vendor partnersAcknowledge customer problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectivelyManage customer expectations and ensure prompt and complete customer serviceAble to communicate with various levels of users within the organizationAble to troubleshoot process gaps both collaboratively and independently.Ability to write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.Share knowledge clearly and effectively within the working teamWilling and able to learn new technology applications and workflowsAbility to identify and document a problem that displays the importance and relevance for the health systemUnderstands process and the ability to change3 years experience with Google Suite strongly preferred Knowledge in supporting multiple stakeholders and teamsUnderstanding of integration between applications#LI-Remote
