Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** The ADDG pipeline senior analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the intake, prioritization, and flow of work through the ADDG pipeline. This role works closely with product leaders, architects, scrum masters, program/project managers and leadership to ensure ADDG standards are being utilized and use cases are proceeding from intake to delivery. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, Agile framework, project management, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic health care environment. + Coordinate and maintain the ADDG pipeline, ensuring adherence to standards and visibility of use cases + Facilitate intake and prioritization of new project requests across teams and stakeholders + Monitor, analyze and report on ADDG performance metrics (ex. Throughput, cycle time, work in progress) + Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities in the ADDG pipeline and recommend improvements + Maintain pipeline tools, dashboards, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence + Ensure initiatives follow ADDG standards throughout the life-cycle + Provide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership + Collaborate with ADDG leadership and provide estimations for ADDG **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Familiarity with Agile framework as well as Waterfall methodology + Knowledge of Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence) + Knowledge of Dashboards + Knowledge of light financials and estimations + Knowledge and experience in writing clear requirements + Establish trust and build strong relationships with technical, clinical, and vendor partners + Acknowledge customer problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively + Manage customer expectations and ensure prompt and complete customer service + Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization + Able to troubleshoot process gaps both collaboratively and independently. + Ability to write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards. + Share knowledge clearly and effectively within the working team + Willing and able to learn new technology applications and workflows + Ability to identify and document a problem that displays the importance and relevance for the health system + Understands process and the ability to change + 3 years experience with Google Suite strongly preferred + Knowledge in supporting multiple stakeholders and teams + Understanding of integration between applications \#LI-Remote **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
