Job Description Responsibilities + Prepare monthly P&L reports for assigned departments or business units. + Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on key drivers behind financial performance. + Contribute to financial forecasts and the annual budgeting process. + Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis (greater ownership expected at Sr. Analyst level). + Track departmental expenses and provide cost analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. + Assist in preparing management reporting packages and presentations; Sr. Analysts may present directly to leadership. + Support the optimization of financial reporting systems and processes. + Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned. Requirements Qualifications + BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA/MBA/advanced degree a plus. + Analyst: 2–3 years of Accounting, Finance, or FP&A experience. + Sr. Analyst: at least 4–5+ years of FP&A or relevant Finance experience, with proven ability to handle advanced modeling and cross-functional collaboration. + Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) a plus + Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Workday Adaptive, or similar + Solid understanding of P&L statements and expense allocation. + Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay Transparency This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $85,000 - $120,000 annually.
