**Job Summary:**
The Sr. Analyst, Community Impact will play a key role in supporting Sysco’s purpose-driven initiatives by providing strategic, programmatic, operational, and analytical support to the Director, Community Impact. This position will help execute community engagement efforts such as volunteering, disaster relief, charitable giving, and colleague support programs. The Sr. Analyst will also assist with tracking impact, coordinating events, developing communication materials, and ensuring alignment with Sysco’s Inclusion and Sustainability strategies.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
Lead operational support for community impact programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and measurement of key initiatives including Global Purpose Month, colleague volunteering, disaster response, and charitable giving.
Manage data tracking, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor engagement metrics and program effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations to inform strategy.
Develop partnerships with national and local community partners; support grantmaking processes, coordinate ongoing communication, and amplify the successes of the partnerships.
Partner with communications and marketing teams to develop internal and external storytelling, presentations, and recognition of community impact.
Provide guidance and support to local Sysco sites on community investment best practices; help build and maintain tools, templates, and guidance.
Support administrative functions, including grant documentation, budget tracking, and internal reviews to ensure programs follow relevant policies and procedures.
Serve as subject matter expert for Community Impact and corporate philanthropy by researching emerging trends and opportunities in social impact, corporate citizenship, grantmaking, and employee engagement.
Support other community impact initiatives as needed in response to business priorities or urgent needs.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
**Experience:**
· 3-5 years of progressive experience in community impact, CSR, ESG, inclusion, sustainability, philanthropy, or related fields
· Experience managing community engagement or employee volunteering programs, including event planning, partner coordination, and employee communications.
· Experience supporting or leading disaster response or crisis-related giving efforts, with an understanding of rapid-response logistics and communications.
· Experience managing projects, analyzing data, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
**Technical Skills and Abilities:**
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear insights and action.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with storytelling and presentation development.
+ Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Comfort with data tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Benevity, or similar).
+ High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to quality execution.
+ Genuine passion for community impact and inclusive, purpose-driven work, with a desire to stay current on trends in philanthropy, inclusion, and corporate volunteering.
+ Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization and communicate effectively both verbal and written
