I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. **Job Description** **Responsibility:** + **Strategic Management:** + Oversee the strategic planning and execution of alliance agreements. + Ensure alignment of alliance goals with Takeda's strategic objectives. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with alliances. + **Operational Oversight:** + Manage day-to-day operations of alliance agreements. + Monitor the progress of collaborations and ensure milestones are met. + Coordinate with internal teams to support alliance activities. + **Communication & Collaboration:** + Maintain effective communication channels with external partners. + Foster a collaborative environment to ensure mutual benefit. + Facilitate regular meetings and updates between Takeda and its partners. + **Performance Management:** + Track and report on the performance of alliance agreements. + Conduct regular reviews and assessments of partnerships. + Implement corrective actions when necessary to address issues or enhance performance + **Capability Enhancement** + Develop and implement strategies to enhance Takeda’s alliance management capabilities. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in alliance management. + Provide training and support to internal teams on alliance management practices **Qualification:** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. + Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred + Proven experience in alliance management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. + Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. + Excellent organizational and project management skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment. + Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and stakeholders. **Locations** Shanghai, China **Worker Type** Employee **Worker Sub-Type** Regular **Time Type** Full time
