As a Senior AI Developer, you will architect, build, and scale advanced Generative AI solutions that eliminate operational inefficiencies, enhance decision‑making, and modernize workflows across Business Analysis, Project Management, Quality Engineering, and Software Development functions. In this role, you will lead the design of intelligent AI agents, integrate them into enterprise platforms such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and BI systems, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI capabilities across the organization. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Python, Java, or similar modern languages. Advanced hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud-native architectures, including agent orchestration, vector stores, model hosting, and secure deployment. Proven experience designing and integrating APIs, connectors, and automation workflows across enterprise collaboration platforms. Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures, conversational agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent design patterns. Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Experience working in agile and product-focused environments, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Background in AI/ML engineering, using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration libraries. Experience implementing governance, compliance, and security controls for enterprise AI solutions. Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and data engineering concepts related to analytics automation. Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, fine‑tuning, and evaluation frameworks. Prior experience driving technical strategy or leading engineering initiatives within a transformation program.
