Sr. Administrative Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support high-level executives in a large, fast-paced, and global organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient budget management. The position is a temporary contract, expected to last six months, to provide maternity coverage.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex, high-volume executive calendars.Track and manage discretionary budgets including morale, training, travel, and hardware.Provide project-based administrative support as needed.Support the VP of Design and a GM within a large, global design organization.Ensure smooth administrative operations and budget management.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.Proficiency in executive calendar management.Experience in budget tracking and management.Capability to provide project-based administrative support.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Experience in travel management and event coordination.Work Environment

The role operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring presence on-site for 1-2 days per week, with the remaining time working remotely. The standard workweek is 40 hours, with no overtime expected. The position involves using standard equipment, including two monitors at home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
