Description
Are you an experienced administrative professional with exceptional organizational skills seeking to elevate your career? Our client is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executives and teams within their organization. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling complex tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
+ Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and information packets for use in meetings or by executives.
+ Screen and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone calls, etc.), ensuring messages are relayed appropriately.
+ Organize and maintain documentation and records, both in physical and digital formats.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while preparing itineraries.
+ Assist with event planning, team projects, and special assignments as requested by leadership.
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Actively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
+ 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with demonstrated success supporting senior leadership.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools or enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
+ Impeccable organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
+ Familiarity with the nonprofit or corporate industries is a plus but not mandatory.
