Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the construction industry. The role requires a proactive individual who excels in multitasking and is committed to maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate public bid opportunities, ensuring all submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.
• Administer employee benefits workflows, including medical and dental plan renewals and eligibility tracking.
• Support HR functions by maintaining compliance, updating employee records, and assisting with benefits documentation.
• Oversee safety program updates, coordinate safety awards, and maintain communication with crew members regarding safety policies.
• Manage driver logs and fleet operations, including license renewals and related administrative tasks.
• Provide bookkeeping assistance to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Organize and manage various administrative tasks to enhance operational processes and overall efficiency.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls to support team collaboration.
• Utilize CRM tools and other software platforms to streamline administrative workflows and communication.
• Assist in budget planning and tracking for departmental projects. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the construction or contractor industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADP, Concur, CRM systems, and Cisco Webex Meetings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping processes and budget management.
• Ability to manage calendar schedules and organize meetings efficiently.
• Experience in benefits administration, HR workflows, or fleet management is a plus.
