Sr. Administrative Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, support communication efforts, and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing conference calls to ensure efficient time management. • Facilitate virtual meetings using tools such as Cisco Webex, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Process and track expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements using systems like Concur. • Maintain and update records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing detailed reports and tracking expenditures. • Support internal communication efforts, including drafting emails and preparing presentations. • Help organize and manage marketing initiatives such as banner ads and other promotional activities. • Conduct research and gather information for decision-making purposes. • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and filing documents. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. • Proficiency in tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM systems. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with budget processes and financial tracking. • Ability to coordinate and manage calendars and schedules effectively. • Experience supporting marketing efforts, including banner ads and promotional activities. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
