Sr. Ad Insights & Measurement Manager, Ads Marketing, Wondery
In this role, you will help drive Wondery’s audience analytics and insights across our video, social, and audio platforms to unlock deeper understanding of content performance and audience behavior for our advertising customers. Critical to this role is your ability to translate complex audience data into compelling narratives that help our Sales teams demonstrate the unique value of Wondery's multi-platform reach to advertisers and partners. Through analysis and creative problem-solving, you'll uncover actionable insights about audience preferences, consumption patterns, and content effectiveness that will directly shape the needs of our advertising customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Leverage Amazon's data and tools, plus third-party research solutions, to assess and grow the efficiency and effectiveness of an advertiser's investment.
• Partner with the Amazon Measurement & Product teams to define and align on measurement strategies & development.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on insights and ad measurement offerings by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation, and producing thought leadership
• Develop insights reporting and positioning and guide advertiser reporting and analytics function for Wondery using audience measurement providers including Amazon 1P & 3P solutions.
• Support the Advertising teams through the development of engaging, research-based stories to contextualize the advertising marketplace, the media landscape, business developments across categories and cultural or seasonal topics
• Transform data insights into compelling short and long-form content for both internal teams and external audiences, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of insight-driven materials, including research, creative content, videos, presentations, and written pieces.
• Present and provide guidance to C-suite marketing leaders via compelling narratives, in-person customer presentations, and measurement results to establish insights and best practices for accounts and verticals.
