Job Summary:
We are looking for a high achiever, skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst that has strong AP Experience and a strong background in Vendor Management using procure-to-pay software (ie Coupa, Bill.com) to join our growing finance team in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry. This role is essential in supporting our fast-paced operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full-cycle Vendor Management process, including invoice receipt, coding, approval, and payment processing using our procurement software.
+ Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices in alignment with company policies and ISP industry standards.
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly.
+ Collaborate with procurement, construction and network operations teams to ensure proper documentation and coding of telecom and infrastructure-related expenses.
+ Work in partnership with operations and legal to satisfactorily resolve vendor disputes
+ Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reporting.
+ Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
+ Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to AP transactions.
+ Continuously identify opportunities to improve AP processes and leverage Procure-to-Pay software functionality for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Vendor Management or general accounting.
+ Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay software is a strong plus.
+ Experience in the telecommunications, Construction, Manufacturing, or ISP industry is a strong plus.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
+ Advanced knowledge and comfort working with cloud based platforms.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Experience working with Executive level management.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with vendor billing and infrastructure-related AP processes.
+ Knowledge of procurement-to-pay (P2P) workflows.
+ Self-starter and self-finisher
+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; also, able to pivot based on needs of the business
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary for this role is between $70,000 – $90,000. The actual hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
