We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Analyst to join our corporate accounting team and contribute to the financial strength of our worldwide operations.\nPosition Overview\n

Based at Coilcraft's global headquarters, this role reports directly to the Director of Accounting and provides broad exposure to both domestic and international operations. You'll play a key role in consolidations and analysis, working closely with cross-functional and global teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare and consolidate global financial statements.\nAnalyze financial results of international subsidiaries.\nSupport foreign tax, audit, and legal matters as they arise.\nAssist in the global year-end audit process with both domestic and international teams.\nHelp develop, implement, and maintain global internal controls and accounting policies.\nParticipate in ad hoc projects that support broader organizational objectives.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.\nMinimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.\nCPA and\/or public accounting experience strongly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP; familiarity with IFRS a plus.\nExperience with multi-entity or multinational operations preferred.\nExcellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.\nWillingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international).\n\nCompany Benefits:\n\n401(k) Matching\nDisability Insurance\nDental Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nFlexible Spending Account\nHealth Insurance\nHealth Savings Account\nLife Insurance\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Time-Off\nProfit Sharing\nVision Insurance\n\n
