Description Robert Half is working with a client in the manufacturing industry who is looking for a PART-TIME Senior Accountant. This company is based in Coeur d Alene, ID. Job duties will include: • Responsible for implementation & execution of all aspects of accounting functions, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting • Assist with preparing, and reviewing companywide monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets • Analyzing financial results with respect to revenues, margins, profits, trends, overhead expenses, cash flows, working capital, and budget-to-actual comparisons • Prepare and issue regular financial status and other ad hoc reports to senior management and board of directors • Cash flow management and regular reporting to senior management • Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Job costing in compliance with government accounting rules • Assist with outside CPA firm to complete independent annual audits Benefits Information: Since this is a part-time position, no benefits are offered at this time.
