Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic corporate team and contribute to our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards. + Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. + Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. + Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls. + Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making Enjoy fantastic work/life balance and a hybrid work schedule Requirements • 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and management. • Proficiency in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries. • Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close processes. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
