Key Responsibilities: + Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports. + Partner closely with Project Managers, VP of Finance, and Project Controllers to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency. + Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate results. + Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance with GAAP. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and process improvements. + Mentor junior accountants, fostering their professional development. Requirements Your Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. + At least 5 years of accounting experience. + Strong analytical and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. + Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel proficiency.
