Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Camas, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment requiring critical thinking, collaboration, and a proactive approach to financial analysis and reporting. You will play a key role in overseeing complex financial processes, working alongside various departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial reporting needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage budgeting processes and provide insights to support organizational decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of funds, ensuring timely and precise documentation.
• Perform detailed reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Engage in critical thinking to identify process improvements and enhance financial operations.
• Partner with other departments to streamline workflows and foster a collaborative environment.
• Utilize fund accounting expertise to manage complex financial structures effectively.
• Ensure adherence to audit requirements and assist in audit preparations.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to support organizational goals.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in audit (public accounting) or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, review, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with fund accounting practices and principles.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to present financial data effectively.
