This position is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who excels in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded. • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Conduct account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to maintain the accuracy of financial data. • Handle lease accounting tasks in accordance with applicable regulations. • Compile and analyze financial statements, ensuring they align with organizational goals. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to streamline reporting and analysis. • Work with SAP to support financial operations and reporting needs. • Collaborate with other departments to provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements. • Ensure adherence to all accounting policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior-level role. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance. • Strong understanding of journal entries and account reconciliation. • Experience with bank reconciliations and lease accounting. • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements with accuracy. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
