Description Senior Accountant, Stamford, Connecticut. (1 day in office: 4 days at home) In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, and supporting organizational growth. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to transition to remote for the right candidate. Compensation: $90-115K Responsibilities • Perform detailed reconciliations of prepaid expenses, depreciation schedules, and accruals. • Manage general ledger clean-up and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations and review account details for accuracy. • Assist with revenue and contract analysis to support financial decision-making. • Tackle financial system transitions, including cleanup post-implementation of NetSuite. • Collaborate with teams to integrate subsidiaries into unified financial operations. • Contribute to month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Support organizational growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and expansions. Requirements • Strong understanding of general ledger processes and financial reconciliations. • Proficiency in handling bank reconciliations and journal entries. • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly desirable. • Ability to manage month-end close processes with efficiency and accuracy. • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
