Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Hollywood, California. In this role, you will oversee critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the financial health of an organization. Responsibilities: • Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. • Conduct bank reconciliations by verifying and balancing financial transactions. • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and categorized. • Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting principles. • Lead month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and support accounting tasks. • Work with NetSuite to manage financial operations and reporting processes. • Collaborate with auditors during external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and insights. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred • CPA license is preferred • Public Accounting / Audit experience is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. .
