Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the organization’s financial operations, including cash flow, forecasting, and reconciliations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the company’s financial health and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee company banking accounts, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to meet cash requirements. • Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow reports to provide clear visibility into financial standing. • Develop and submit monthly cash forecasts to support strategic financial planning. • Complete monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Execute foreign currency hedging transactions to mitigate risks associated with exchange rate fluctuations. The salary range for this position is 90,000 - 100,000. Benefits include medical, dental and 401k. Requirements • Proven expertise in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation. • Strong experience with bank reconciliations and managing general ledger accounts. • Proficiency in preparing journal entries and conducting month-end close processes. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • SAP experience preferred.
