So, join our team and find your place, because here...we’re all in good company. **What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment** + Review and approval of capital spend request forms, invoices, and various requests from others. + Oversee research of assets to be disposed when replaced or otherwise removed from service. + Ensure the appropriate depreciation method and life is used for each asset and that depreciation is calculated and posted to the general ledger with accuracy and completeness, in a timely manner. + Prepare manual adjustments to system-calculated depreciation and gain\loss, as needed. + Prepare monthly reporting related to PP&E, gain\loss, and impairment reserves for use by Management for decision-making and financial reporting. + Ensure general ledger is reconciled timely and completely and ties to the Fixed Assets system. + Assist with preparation of annual plans and quarterly projections. Experience and Education: + Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Fixed Assets accounting experience strongly preferred. Certifications: + CPA or candidate. Knowledge and Skills: + Supervisory skills. + Planning and organizational skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Strong computer skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. **Focus on You** We're all about making sure you're taken care of too.
