Job Description

Sr. Account Manager – South Italy

The role entails implementing sales strategies and tactics to meet the Company’s goals within the assigned territory.

The Sr. Account Manager will have technical competence in QPCR, dPCR, and Sequencing, demonstrating technical credibility to support and influence key decisions on technology and product choices.

Will drive actions for QPCR, dPCR, and Sequencing in Research markets, demonstrating their business knowledge and external context to deliver profitable initiatives that build sales.

Responsibilities:

Achieve the agreed sales target, driving business expansion and NPI launch.Maintain updated territory & actions plan; anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls.Review the strategy efficiency on a continual basis.Maintain a high level of knowledge in all the specific business aspects (technical, market, competitions, applications)Consistently and accurately sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, using our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.Build up reference sites and positive interaction with the most important Key Opinion Leaders.

Qualification / Experience Required:

Academic degree (minimum MSc) in biology / life sciences field, with experience in qPCR technology;Preferred 2-5 of Sales Experience.Good skills in English, written and spoken;Base preferred Naples;Valid driver’s license.
